P2P Change Management Analyst

PURPOSE STATEMENT

The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for being the primary contact for Ariba users. Responsibility will include training Ariba users for all roles/groups, providing level 1 support for issues relating to general Ariba use and providing OCM to internal users/stakeholders. Ideal candidates will be self-starters able to work independently as well as collaborate with the Procure-to-Pay Transformation Team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES• Create and provide user training in Ariba for creating requisitions, goods receipts, reconciling invoices, approving requisitions, using Guided Buying and Buying & Invoicing• Provide user training on proper buying channels for different types of goods and services• Train users virtually and have the flexibility to travel within the US as well as internationally as needed• Authority to consult and provide best practices for day to day purchasing activities• Support Accounts Payable (AP) team with payments and invoice discrepancies, as required• Support Tax Team with invoice exceptions• Create Ariba contracts (metadata) in P2P environment• Monitor contract and pricing compliance between Rich's and suppliers• Act as a single point of contact between suppliers and business stakeholders to validate requisitions, answer supplier questions related to specific purchases in collaboration with business stakeholders• Works closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, specifications, and timelines for indirect items and materials requested and communicate expectations to suppliers• Support users with complex requisitions and troubleshooting issues including hyper care and any Ariba documents submitted• Support other P2P functions as needed within procurement• Work with Supplier Enablement Administrator to address issues with Ariba suppliers and catalogs• Review user requisitions for errors and make changes to prevent further errors when POs are created then pushed to SAP• Create step-by-step documentation on how to use Ariba and provide additional purchasing related resources• Create/design/maintain the Purchasing website on Enrich Cafe• Create Ariba and P2P transformation related announcements to be sent company wide• Identify users needing Ariba training and what access they will require within Ariba• May need to support buying/sourcing activities with Category Leaders

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Administration Management or similar field• 1-3 years of similar work experience preferred but not required• Experience working with internal stakeholders, training users and operational change management• Procurement knowledge or experience• Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills• Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite• Experience working in a large, complex multi-location manufacturing organization• Effective communicator both written and oral• Must be a self-starter willing to take initiative• Technical aptitude
