PA to Group Finance Director & Group Commercial Finance Director

Exciting opportunity to join as a PA to support the JD Finance department!

·       Job Title – PA to Group Finance Director & Group Commercial Finance Director

·       Location – BL9 8RR

·       Working rota – Mon-Fri

·       Working hours – Full time

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Personal Assistant, you'll be doing the following: 

• Diary support for the Group FD and Group CFD and being the first point of contact.
• Meeting with the Group Finance Director and Group Commercial Finance Director weekly to understand priorities and plan for the communing weeks, supporting in compiling required information ahead of each meeting.
• Raising Purchase Order’s for contractors in the finance de
• Supporting the EA to the Group CFO with monthly departmental meetings / standup’s
• Expense support for the Group Finance Director and Group Commercial Finance director

What We're Looking For:

• 2 years’ experience as a PA or in a similar role, supporting senior leaders / directors
• Proficient in MS office
• Exceptional organisational, time management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ideal candidate will have worked in the finance or retail sector
