PA-C - Family Medicine

Full-Time PA-C needed for Busy Family Medicine Practice in Costa Mesa

Coastal Family Medicine / Family Care Centers Medical Group is searching for a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant to work with one of our busy Family Practice Physicians. We offer training and orientation, a great work environment, an exceptional and experienced support staff, competitive compensation and utilize an Electronic Health Record.

We are looking for candidates with:

• At least one year prior “recent” Primary Care Experience as a PA-C
• Experience treating a variety of illness and conditions
• Experience seeing all age groups
• Experience performing a variety of minor procedures
• Understanding of Quality Measures and HCC Coding
• Ordering and interpreting indicated diagnostic and routine screening tests
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good understanding of medical coding
• EMR experience (NextGen preferred)
• Current valid and unrestricted California Physician Assistant License
• Current active and unrestricted DEA License

Practice Hours:

• Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Salary and Benefits:

• $124,000 - $156,000 Annually (aligned with fair market values and considering education, training, and relevant work experience)
