Package Consultant: Industry Packages

Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Communicate with client on business requirement analysis and definition, including business process and product
• Gather client's business processes, functional requirements, and workflows, and create requirement documents.
• Manage and track changes to system requirements throughout the development, testing and maintenance life cycle, maintaining accurate documentation at all times.
• Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
• Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for clients

• 7+ years of experience in Insurance solution
• Experience in insurance system implementation and play a SA/BA leader in the project
• SA experience

• Process Re-engineering, digital innovation is a plus
• Experience in DDD practice is a plus
• Participating in agile project environment, especially Scrum process
