Package Consultant-Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills business knowledge and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Played the role of technical manager and guided the implementation of the integrated CRM platform of overseas marketing sales and after-sales based on Azure cloud and D365 SaaS products;

2. Led the project implementation team guided the project implementation team to complete the implementation configuration and customized development of the MTL/LTC/ITR function module of the overseas CRM integration platform by referring to the experience of relevant products in the industry;

4. Responsible for the overall architecture design and functional design of the overseas marketing order center module led the development team to complete the development of the module and the integration and testing of the surrounding systems SAP and OA;

5. Proficient in the integration and implementation of Microsoft D365 CRM products (including sales and customer serivce modules) able to independently complete the system integration architecture scheme design and integration implementation of peripheral systems such as SAP OA Internet of vehicles WMS etc.

6 to solve the key problems and technical problems in the construction process of overseas integrated CRM platform;

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1 Computer related major graduate more than 6 years of work experience;

2 4 years + CRM system implementation related work experience or at least implementation and operation of more than one overseas D365 CRM system project;

3 4 years+ of.net Platform development experience proficient in C# Winform D365 Power Platform experience;

4 Understand at least one front-end technology stack or front-end development language such as VUE React Flutter etc.

5 Have strong logic ability and business thinking communication skills;

6 Good team management and collaboration skills can work closely and efficiently with the internal and external departments and customers partners related project members;
