Package Consultant-SuccessFactors Core HR

You will use a mix of consultative skills business knowledge and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• The SuccessFactors Employee Central Managing Consultant (Core HR) is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in SuccessFactors Employee Central.

  Additional experience in one or more of the following is essential…
  Implementation upgrade and/or extension of SuccessFactors applications.
  The consultant should have previous consulting experience and will configure modules as well as assist clients in the selection implementation planning fit analysis testing rollout and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR application solutions.
  The role will have a strong focus on data activities associated with a SuccessFactors implementation including data analysis data cleansing data migration from SAP HCM Workday Oracle and other systems.
  Experience with data tools especially around data automation tools is desired. The consultant will be responsible for having knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors and the future strategic direction of the application roadmap.
  A consultant in this area will also be responsible for understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilize SuccessFactors HR modules to support business needs while involved in improving operational metrics business case development and performance measurement.
  They will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• SuccessFactors Employee Central Associate Certification Required Professional Certification a plus (or 3 implementations)
• At least 3 years of experience implementing Employee Central
• At least 3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations for complex global organizations

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 3 years of experience in HR business process design and development
• Basic knowledge of SAP Human Capital Management applications
• Data Automation RPA
