Job Description
Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in the configuration and support of packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing software releases, and ensuring the stability of the systems. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and performance standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Document processes and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application architecture and deployment.
- Experience with integration tools and techniques to connect Salesforce CPQ with other systems.
- Familiarity with data management and reporting tools within Salesforce.
- Knowledge of best practices for configuring and customizing Salesforce applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
