PACS- Sales Engineer- North East
Job Description
Key Responsibilities;
- Learn the technical details concerning Medical Display Products; special emphasis on Diagnostic and Clinical displays, and solutions.
- Deliver messaging of solutions to OEM PACS, Channel Partner and end user Radiology departments. Support customer's technical related matters
- Create new sales and marketing strategies that target customers and positions our products as the best solution for prospective customers
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales and technical calls with assistance from Team Sales Lead.
- Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through digital channels.
- Gather and interpret customer requirements. Determine the best solution while working with the R&D Department and Product Line Manager.
- Review, feedback and support develop product roadmap with R&D Department
- Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting by utilizing all relevant sales tools to drive profitable growth.
- Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.
- Develop and achieve sales plans, goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Attend, manage and participate in all required shows, meetings and training sessions.
- Be familiar with connectivity including inputs/outputs in relation to our products and be able to troubleshoot with customers as needed.
Job Requirements:
- BA/BSc degree Preferred
- 7 year experience in consultative selling in the Medical Display Technology Industry
- Full understanding of Medical Imaging Display Technology, Solutions and Eco System
- Excellent relationship management and presentation skills
- Proven leadership and idea selling skills
- Excellent communication and account management skills
- Familiarity with project management solutions a plus
- Technical curiosity and a natural flair for technical applications a plus
- Ability to break down technical concepts into more 'user friendly' terminology
- Knowledge of customer service principles and techniques with the ability to analyze and interpret customer requirements, identify issues and problems, and offer appropriate action plans towards resolution.
- Degree in Engineering or related pre-sales experience a plus
- Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus
- Excellent understanding for FDA and state regulation, in regard with medical Display products.
- Experience with X-ray devise or components are is a plus
- Position may require 50% - 70% travel in region. (North America)
Base Pay Range: $102,500 - $123,300 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed
