Padlockers are required to have good eye/hand and feet coordination. They must remove full product boxes from a moving conveyor. This position requires adding LPN to full pallets. They are required to manually shrink wrap already-loaded full pallets. Person must be able to use a calculator, pallet jack and hand held scan gun. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Pad lockers are required to rotate between load line and scan position. Each pad locker is responsible for supporting the company's mission statement and the overall business objective.
