As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that our paid media strategies align with overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms.
Key tasks in this role involve:
- Own and manage day-to-day execution of platform buying, including Google and Bing paid search, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Reddit Ads, and TikTok.
- Create, monitor, and oversee campaigns to achieve targeted KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and gross profit.
- Generate client reports using Excel, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ad Center, covering sales projections, ad copy performance, and competitive benchmarking analysis
- Provide strategic recommendations for optimizing targeting, bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing pages, leveraging A/B testing methodologies.
- Collaborate with content, design, and research analysts to produce best-in-class campaigns.
- Stay at the forefront of the B2B marketing industry, actively seeking ways to reduce costs, increase conversions, and improve margins.
- Track and analyze data using analytics tools to gain insights into user behaviors, making product recommendations.
- Explore, recommend, and efficiently test new Account-Based Marketing (ABM)-centric paid ad campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of agency-side plus client-side experience in B2B paid advertising.
- Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Bachelorβs Degree preferred (math, economics, marketing, or advertising preferred).
- Working knowledge of B2B tools and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables and lookup formulas).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Balanced mix of Creativity and Highly analytical.
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment, both individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Agile Mindset β a small company mentality (e.g., test quickly, fail quickly, fix quickly).
- Self-motivated with eagerness to learn and take on more responsibility
Success in this role is achieved through:
Month 1: Fully understanding and maintaining our existing B2B advertising program with minimal support.
Month 3: Demonstrating the ability to incrementally improve performance on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Month 6: Implementing a variety of changes to our advertising, significantly improving performance, and launching new campaigns on different platforms.

Physical Ability:

Ability to listen, read, organize thoughts, analyze, and communicate (both in verbal and written form, in English, in a concise and professional manner)
Ability to type on a keyboard and utilize the computer work tools constantly and with proficiency
We are actively seeking candidates based in the Los Angeles area for this position. This role is hybrid, and candidates must be able to fulfill an in-office requirement of three days per week. We believe that local presence will enhance collaboration and contribution to the overall success of the team.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000.
The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, commission, equity, or benefits.
Prodege offers a comprehensive benefits package to US Full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and basic life insurance. Employees receive flexible PTO, as well as paid sick leave prorated based on hire date. US Employees have eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees receive an option to purchase shares of Company stock commensurate with their position, which vests over four years.
