The Opportunity at Culture Amp

Culture Amp is looking for a Paid Growth Specialist to join the Performance Marketing Team. This hire will support our paid channel owners, share insights with regional marketing teams, and partner with marketing operations to extract data-driven insights across our paid programs, inform channel optimizations, and support growth through experimentation – helping to achieve Culture Amp’s mission to create a better world of work for 100 million people. The ideal candidate has exceptional data analysis skills, hands-on experience optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns, tracking performance and forecasting results. They have prior experience in building testing and experimentation roadmaps to unlock growth, key audience insights, and drive increased ROI. 

This role will be reporting into the Performance Marketing Lead, supporting the Sr. Performance Marketing Manager and Paid Search Marketing Manager across our paid search, social, review and display channels globally. As part of the wider Growth Marketing team, the candidate will play a highly impactful role across the business, helping to fuel pipeline growth and acquisition. As part of this team of amazing humans, you will 

  • Partner with paid digital channel managers to provide recommendations for optimizations based on data analysis, quarterly MQL/Opps/Pipeline goals, and ROI.
  • Support campaign builds, reporting, day-to-day management and optimization efforts including but not limited to bidding strategies, budget management, keyword research, audience insights, landing page updates, etc. across paid search, paid social, and display channels. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure data integrity – reporting, lead tracking, campaign performance, etc. 
  • Forecast, track and evaluate paid channel performance to optimize strategies and accelerate business growth. 
  • Develop and manage a testing roadmap to unlock growth and key insights through experimentation.
  • Continuously share reporting insights with channel owners, regional marketers, and the broader business.
  • Support ad hoc analyses, and own weekly and monthly reporting of performance metrics. 

You’ll have 

  • Data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, forecasting), Salesforce and data analytics/data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics.
  • Experience working in one or more of the following advertising platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, Gartner PPC, 6sense.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization, understanding of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies 
  • Familiarity with cross-channel measurement and the role of performance marketing in the wider digital media landscape.
  • Ability to think logically and develop practical recommendations to support regional and global marketing strategies.
  • Self-starter approach to work, a positive attitude, resourceful, curious, and motivated
  • Strong internal communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with team members

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing metrics and sales funnel (Lead, MQL, Opp, Pipeline Opps, CPA, CPC, etc)
  • Experience using Optimizely or other website testing software
