- Paid Media Strategy: Paid Media Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to maximize brand exposure, engagement, and conversions on Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Budget Mastery: Paid Media Manager will manage substantial monthly budgets on Meta and Google with a focus on optimizing spending efficiency and driving ROI.
- Meta Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Meta's ad ecosystem, target audience options, and campaign structures to architect and fine-tune high-performance campaigns.
- Google Ads Proficiency: Paid Media Manager will implement advanced Google Ads strategies, including Search, Display, and Video, to amplify brand visibility and capture the audience's attention effectively.
- Targeting Precision: Paid Media Manager will utilize your expertise in data-driven audience targeting to deliver tailored ads to specific customer segments, optimizing ad relevance and engagement.
- Campaign Optimization: Implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies, refine ad creatives, placements, and targeting parameters to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze complex data sets, extract actionable insights, and create data-driven reports to inform strategy, optimizations, and stakeholder communication.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of messaging and branding across Meta and Google campaigns.

What You Bring to the Table
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study preferred.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in paid media management, with a strong emphasis on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, DTC, and consumer brand marketing trends.
- Proven track record of managing substantial monthly budgets on both Meta and Google platforms.
- In-depth understanding of Meta's targeting options, campaign structures, and advanced optimization techniques.
- Expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Video campaigns, with a focus on driving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data to derive actionable insights for campaign enhancements.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
