Highsnobiety is seeking a Branded Social Media Content Manager to support our exciting branded editorial team and work with some of the biggest brands in fashion, luxury, and streetwear. We're looking for a creative and strategic-minded individual to manage our channels’ branded social media content and create top-of-class social content for our clients and partners. 

Working with our editorial, media, creative and social teams, you will be required to develop creative and strategic solutions to best showcase and improve the social performance of our branded editorial content. You will also be required to consult with clients on strategies for their channels, coordinate social schedules and rollouts, and develop best practices for posting. On top of a passion for social media, you should have a flawless comprehension of spoken and written English, deep knowledge of the latest social media tools, trends, and platforms, and be plugged into contemporary popular culture. The ideal candidate would have experience and a passion for content creation, strategy, and social media management and be familiar with working with a similar audience to Highsnobiety.

YOUR MISSION:

  • Oversee all aspects of HS+ Paid Social including dark social ads, boosting organic content, ensuring delivery of impression goals, and optimizing performance. 
  • Work closely with Media Operations to launch paid social line items and packages for each campaign.
  • Find cost savings for media-intensive campaigns through paid media optimizations.
  • Think strategically about paid media and how our approach can evolve to ensure industry-leading performance. 
  • Work closely with the creative and branded editorial team to help ideate, create and execute innovative content that speaks to the various social media channels and formats such as Instagram and TikTok.
  • Think strategically and creatively on how best to utilize our social media channels and our brand partners by creating content activation strategies and best practices.
  • Work closely with the campaign manager to improve organic and branded content performance.
  • Work on social strategies and consult with key brand partners and clients, including ideation, creative direction, roll out, and reach.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Experience running paid social media channels with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. 
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and utilize paid social data to meet client KPI’s. 
  • Ability to think creatively, analytically, and strategically.
  • Proven ability to analyze, interpret and translate data into a clear strategy.
  • Passion for storytelling and understanding of content marketing.
  • Deep knowledge and interest in the latest social media tools, trends, and platforms.
  • A thorough understanding and appreciation of Highsnobiety's core audience, topics, and content  (streetwear, fashion, music, art, social and political issues)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
  • Understanding of social analytics and how to act on them.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is between $60,000 to $70,000. The range is based on many factors including location, experience, and relevant skill set. In addition to salary and an employee benefits package, successful candidates will be eligible for variable pay.
