Paid Media Specialist

As the Paid Media Specialist on the Marketing team, you will:

• Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Social Media Advertising, Display advertising and new channels as they launch.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy.
• Create ad copy and design creatives leveraging best practices to drive performance
• Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and performance metrics
• Monitor and analyze campaign results and provide reports on the effectiveness of campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media campaigns with overall marketing strategy
• Stay up to date with changes in paid media channels and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve
• Comfortable working with creative media briefs for our creative team and keeping clear communication for deadlines

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• 2-4 years of experience in paid media campaign management across Google Ads
• 1-2 years of experience with Social Media Advertising, and Programmatic Display Advertising
• Experience with A/B testing, data-driven decision making, and iterative design processes is essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for working with imperfect information.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms
• Solid analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
• An understanding of attribution models and multi-touch customer journeys
• Experience managing large budgets within Google ads - bonus points if it was larger than 6 figures per month
• Comfortable working with creative media briefs for our creative team and keeping clear communication for deadlines
  

TurboTenant has offices in Fort Collins and Denver, Colorado (RiNO). Face-to-face time is an important aspect of the TurboTenant culture, and the ideal candidate for this role would be expected in our Denver office once a week (more if preferred).
