About Our Client:
Our client, an award-winning video and digital marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms for a diverse range of clients. Your focus will be on maximizing advertising budgets to drive qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue. This role demands a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, excellent analytical skills, and a creative approach to crafting compelling ad content.
Experience with innovative ideas for channels like Spotify, Hulu, and other streaming platforms will be crucial for success. You will have the opportunity to leverage an in-house video production team, graphic designers, and copywriters to create engaging and effective ads.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop paid media strategies aligned with overarching marketing objectives.
Conduct comprehensive audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and personas.
Define campaign goals, KPIs, and budget allocation for each campaign.
- Campaign Execution:
Create, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads (Search, Local Service, Display), Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
Implement advanced targeting techniques to effectively reach specific audience segments.
Monitor campaign performance in real-time, adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives to optimize results.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.
Generate insightful reports to communicate key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations to clients.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.
Assess conversion rate optimization and make recommendations for ad strategies, landing pages, and creative elements.
- Ad Tech and Tool Management:
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features of digital advertising platforms.
Evaluate and recommend ad tech solutions and tools to enhance campaign management, tracking, and optimization processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to ensure campaign strategies align with broader marketing efforts.
Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and web developers to create ad graphics, copy, landing pages, and video ads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Programmatic & Local Service), Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Experience with additional platforms is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising principles, best practices, and ad tech platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Agency Analytics, HotJar, etc.
- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for setting up and tracking conversions and revenue.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to influence strategies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous optimization and performance improvement.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization techniques.
- Experience with remarketing strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their integration with paid media strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
- Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns for both B2B and B2C companies.
- Experience handling monthly ad budgets of $20k or more.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients via calls and email.

Full-time, M-F. EST or CST
Salary range 2,800 - 4000 USD monthly
