Job Summary

The Paid Media Specialist supports the execution of key brand and channel marketing efforts by applying AMN brand guidelines through paid marketing activities in order to drive new supply initiatives and new business opportunities/engagements through the use of various online marketing channels. The Paid Media Specialist plays an important role in maximizing AMN's effective use of search, social, video and job boards on behalf of all divisions in the company. The Paid Media Specialist maintains a broad knowledge base ranging from digital, social media, copywriting, SEO and design in order to deliver quick turnaround in support of brand marketing strategies and initiatives, as well as support marketing department operations and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilizes various online marketing channels to drive new supply initiatives and new business opportunities/engagement.
• Demonstrates strategic expertise across search, social, programmatic, video and display advertising.
• Ability to analyze advertising reporting and translate into cohesive marketing strategies and suggestions for brand managers.
• Research new potential paid media opportunities and or technologies.
• Assists in guiding agencies in the development and evaluation of media recommendations.
• Troubleshoots any issues that arise with sources of data or platforms.
• Education
• Bachelor's Degree | Preferred
• Minimum Work Experience
• 1-3 years working in digital advertising
• Health care or staffing marketing experience a plus
• Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft ads necessary
• Experience with DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, CTV, Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn advertising a huge plus.

Pay Rate

$27.25 - $32.25 Hourly

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
