Paid Media Specialist

Growth Gurus are seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist to join their global team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the performance of our digital media.

This varied and fast-paced role will require you to work directly with the CEO and Founder of the business, as well as undertake other responsibilities, such as:

• Developing performance marketing campaigns
• Optimising campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, display, paid social, programmatic and retargeting.
• Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget whilst achieving the brand’s KPI’s.
• Identifying and communicating new channels and optimisation opportunities for Growth Gurus globally
• Collating, analysing and producing insightful reports for all paid marketing campaigns.
• Supporting the CEO with strategy and growth plans.
• Using report statistics and analytics to influence and drive best-outcome digital activity for future campaigns.
• Being proactive and on the front foot with all Growth Gurus marketing needs.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• 5-7 years experience in a digital marketing role, with strong attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Shopify or Magento 2 as well as Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Google Analytics.
• Ability to autonomously manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and communicate professionally.

Highly-regarded skills:

• Previous experience in ecommerce business ownership or hands on experience growing ecommerce brands.
• Experience managing and scaling large budgets with a forward-thinking approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
