About the opportunity

We are looking to add to our smart, driven, and talented team with an ambitious Paid Media Strategist with a vision for what excellent paid media strategy and execution looks like and thrives in organizations where they are given the reins to make an immediate impact.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Developing, implementing, and leading Northspyre’s paid media strategy for various channels including Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, Capterra, G2, and other third-party ad sources, like editorial sites and event sponsorships. 
  • Defining important metrics for paid media performance.
  • Running and overseeing paid media content.
  • Setting and effectively monitoring account budgetary goals. 
  • Measuring the success of every paid media campaign based on the performance of account KPIs.
  • Staying up to date with the latest paid media best practices and technologies.
  • Working with manager, copywriter, and designer to bring the most effective ads to market.
  • Effectively collaborating with internal Northspyre team members.
  • Having a deep understanding of Northspyre, company objectives, and current gaps.
  • Ensuring the precise and seamless execution of paid media strategies.
  • Actively identifying and removing barriers to success.
  • Understanding the marketing technology required to make paid media strategy successful while continually expanding on this knowledge.
  • Recommending improvements to Northspyre’s internal processes as it relates to paid media.
  • Actively researching and collecting data to help inform paid media strategies.
  • The regular reporting on and monitoring of performance and optimization results. 
  • Driving clear revenue growth through paid media strategies and tactics.
  • Overseeing all paid media accounts for Northspyre, including negotiating contracts and agreements to improve profit; escalating to Manager as needed.
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of paid media needs
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to provide the weekly status updates and also providing monthly/quarterly updates on initiatives to team members.
  • Educating Northspyre’s marketing team on critical initiatives, strategies, execution best practices, or technology.
  • Consistently driving value for Northspyre while effectively communicating that value both internally and externally. 
  • Build out robust reporting dashboards via HubSpot
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

We are looking for people who have:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in developing, implementing, and leading successful paid media strategy for various channels including Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, and other third-party ad platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
  • Excellent organization and time management skills 
  • Ability to lead and direct internal resources with confidence, identify and act on project issues and risks, seeing each through to its proper resolution
  • Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with project management systems is required; experience with ClickUp is preferred
  • Proven relationship-building skills and communication experience
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with Northspyre team members and executives
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Experience working remotely in similar roles is strongly preferred
  • Preferable experience working with HubSpot
