Paid Search Analyst
Job Description
Tombras, an independent 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency, is seeking a Paid Search Analyst to join the 18X US Search Award-winning search team.

Where you'll be working: Knoxville
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day campaign budget management and campaign optimizations for several accounts in the Paid Search Department. You will monitor paid search campaign start dates and end dates and flight campaigns accordingly. In addition to budget pacing and optimizations, you will control budget orders and enter budgets into the agency’s billing system. You will learn from Paid Search Strategists and Paid Search Managers in building search engine marketing and pay-per-click (SEM/PPC), as well as YouTube advertising and app-download campaigns.
What you'll be doing:
- Budget Monitoring Pacing: Track daily paid search budget pacing for all campaigns and coordinate with paid search planners/buyers to address any inconsistencies promptly.
- Optimization Implementation: Collaborate with Senior Paid Search Managers to execute daily, weekly, and monthly optimizations, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals.
- Invoice Reconciliation: Work closely with Account teams and Media Strategy leads for reconciling all paid search media invoices accurately and timely.
- Client Reporting: Provide interim reports to clients, detailing optimizations and operational metrics, adhering to scheduled timelines and prescribed intervals.
- Campaign Management: Execute campaign flights in alignment with campaign directives and objectives.
- Daily Optimizations: Partner with Paid Search Managers and Directors to implement daily campaign optimizations for improved performance.
- Client Presentations: Assist the Search Department with new client presentations as needed, showcasing our expertise and strategic capabilities.
- Keyword and Ad Copy Support: Contribute to keyword research, campaign optimizations, ad copy creation, and performance reporting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
What you bring:
- Experience in digital marketing, Google Ads management preferred
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Google Ads certification is a plus
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote and the Google Suite.
