We have a Paid Search Lead position open!
The Paid Search Lead, with direction from the Paid Search Manager and support from a team of Paid Search Strategists and the rest of the C-E performance media team, works to deliver the highest quality paid search activation possible. You’ll work with the team and your clients to continuously optimize and improve campaign performance, be a thought leader, and innovate our search activations.
This position will work on both traditional PPC campaigns and have exposure to app campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning, both annual and campaign specific
- Identify and develop opportunities aligned with client’s performance goals, working with the Paid Search Lead
- Drive keyword and audience discovery, finding efficient and growth opportunities
- Discover and research new partner opportunities and methods for reaching client objectives
- Comfortable presenting and your work and ideas to internal teams and clients
Regular Management of campaigns
- Steward search investments (pacing, budgeting)
- Routine optimization, including keyword and audience management
- Copy and ad extension testing and optimization
- Regular auditing and revisiting of overall approach
Testing, Reporting and Analyzing
- Working with the team, develop and launch tests and experiments on a regular cadence
- Actively work with the analytics team to ensure reporting is accurate
- Develop strong insights that turn data points into real, actionable commentary
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in paid search. Experience with app campaigns (Apple Search Ads, Google Universal App Campaigns) is a bonus
- Strong analytical skills and a working knowledge of Excel
- Experience in insight development and reporting/analytics
- Experience with SA360 or other bid management platforms
- Up to date with the latest trends in paid search
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication
- Good presentation and project management skills
