About the Role
The Paid Search Marketer is passionate about digital marketing and driving positive results for our clients. The role acts as a marketer within the Google Ads platform to build and optimize our clients paid search ad campaigns and provide support to our high-volume client base focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. The person filling this position will manage a portfolio of accounts and is responsible for building strong client relationships through weekly calls and slack communication. The individual will collaborate with our internal teams to develop a customer acquisition strategy to meet and exceed their client's KPIs.
The base salary range of this role is $55,000 - 65,000/year. We provide competitive PTO, volunteer time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, healthcare FSA, and voluntary short & long term disability insurance. We also provide 401k with matching, available after your first year.
This is a hybrid role; candidates in the Florida area are welcome to work out of our offices in Miami or Orlando a few days per week.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage client relationships & work directly with clients
- Oversee and improve keyword research processes to capture all opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to grow each individual account, as well as our book of business as a whole
- Routinely audit accounts to ensure best practices are being executed
- Oversee implementation of Google Ads conversion tracking
- Oversee implementation of integrated platforms including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, etc.
- Identify opportunities to streamline our workflows and operations using reporting
- Be the direct point of contact for your clients for your respective channel from the time of onboarding to offboarding
- Provide operational & marketing support to clients daily via slack
- Create a weekly report for every account that breaks down your ad account metrics for the week, along with any insights and plans for the upcoming week
- Meet with clients on recurring calls to speak to review your weekly reporting and discuss marketing KPIs, brand direction, account performance and upcoming campaigns
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Marketing or related field preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of paid search experience required.
- Strong understanding of the buyer’s journey, and how to approach content marketing for different types of keywords.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions based on campaign metrics.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Experience with Slack and Google Workplace
