What You Do

The Media Manager is a driven professional who has both, critical and analytical thinking and the ability to organize, optimize, and develop data-driven solutions for paid search accounts. A passion for quantitative analysis and an affinity for math/statistics are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day management of paid search marketing campaigns across engines
  • Responsible for deploying and executing various optimizations across paid campaigns, keywords, and ads
  • Identify and execute new test initiatives across campaigns, bidding strategies, ad copy, ad units, ad extensions, and more
  • Strong knowledge of paid search campaign activations and best practices
  • Assist in the development of comprehensive search reporting, including reporting tool management
  • Present reporting insights to clients and internal teams
  • Aid in the development of search strategies and recommendations for yearly and ad hoc plans
  • Effectively manage workload to meet deadlines and client deliverables
  • Support the team by providing QAs, maintaining process documentation, and assisting in the development of innovative solutions
  • Prepare and present client-facing communications and educational overviews to digital and non-digital stakeholders
  • Oversee flawless execution with direct campaign management in self-serve tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, economics, mathematics, statistics, or similar analytical field
  • 2-4 years of digital buying experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in activating paid search
  • Experience with automated bid tools (SA360, Google Ads, Bing)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets (i.e. Pivot tables, Vlookups, & Slicers)
  • Organizational, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to critically analyze and process data and effectively communicate findings in verbal and written form
  • Knowledge of statistical and testing methodologies, is a plus
  • Curiosity for data analysis and forecasting strategies
