What we need:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Paid Search Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate is a skilled digital marketer with a deep understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and various other digital marketing platforms. As a Senior Paid Search Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital advertising efforts and achieving our marketing goals.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. This includes all ad types; Search, Shopping, Display, and Video
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies.
- Utilize platforms such as PowerBI, Merchant Center, Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to gather insights and optimize campaigns.
- Create, launch, and monitor campaigns to ensure alignment with budget and performance targets.
- Optimize test product feeds for relevant platforms. This includes attributes such as title, description, images, etc
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends and stay updated on digital marketing best practices.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and present insights to stakeholders.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets to achieve marketing goals and KPIs.
- Stay informed about changes in the digital advertising landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Generate landing page split tests to enhance user experience who arrive from paid ads
- Full understanding of the marketing sales funnel
What you'll need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms is essential.
- Proficient analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with Merchant Center
- Accurately communicate KPIs to convey insights and accurate understanding of our channel to various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
