Paid Search Specialist (Aspire)

Aspire's paid search specialist is a highly-visible, self-starter that ensures the efficient and predictable growth of the Aspire business. The ideal candidate has strong core skills in paid search acquisition strategy, collaboration, communication, and data analysis to consistently achieve lead targets. We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated and self-driven and has deep expertise in the Paid Search ecosystem.
What you'll do:

• Work with key marketing strategy leaders to build, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms including Google, Microsoft, Gartner Digital Media, & Quora.
• Manage paid search campaign budgets, bidding, performance review, and optimization, with a focus on driving pipeline growth.
• Conduct experiments and a/b tests to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Partner closely with the web team to achieve a high-performing conversion rate of search landing pages.
• Conduct ongoing keyword research and keyword expansions based on the market landscape.
• Partner with marketing operations to manage overall tracking strategy, implementation, and reporting.
• Leverage CRM data to fine-tune and optimize campaigns.
• Evaluate emerging betas and industry innovations and implement them where necessary.
• Monitor and evaluate paid search results and search performance across the major search channels and the competitive landscape.

What you'll need:

• 3+ years directly managing and executing paid search campaigns.
• Mastery of digital platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.
• Strong knowledge of B2B paid search marketing tactics.
• Proven experience testing, tracking, and reporting on paid search tactics with a strong understanding of KPIs.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills in order to compare data and evaluate tactics to maximize results while sharing learnings with the broader team.
• Deep understanding of paid conversion rate funnel, including best in class B2B landing page tactics.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot).

Where You'll Work:
Our headquarters is located in St. Louis, but we'll be remote until the time is right to return to the office. When that happens, employees based in St. Louis will move to a hybrid work model (three days in the office with the option to work remotely for the remaining two). Fully remote employees will be able to stay remote.
