Fundamental Skills

  • 2+ years of in-platform media buying experience
  • Experience in identifying, building implementing target audiences in your campaigns
  • Working knowledge of CTV, Video, Audio, Display, and Native.
  • An appetite for data, knowledge and a desire to constantly enhance your skill set
  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities

Tools

Required Expertise:

  • A DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Verizon, AppNexus, etc)

Preferred Experience:

  • DCM/CM360, Google Ads/AdWords Analytics, YouTube, Prisma, Datorama

Reports to Performance Media Supervisor

External Description

GSD M is looking for a Performance Campaign Manager who is responsible for the execution of hands-on-keyboard programmatic plans, campaign management and optimizations.

They assist their supervisor in the execution of more complex campaigns and initiatives to help fully build upon their potential and gain experience in new areas. They are learning how to think strategically, by looking at trends, competitive data, client goals and objectives, and by having a good understanding of the strategic business insights and creative work. They will receive mentorship, guidance, and direction on executing media campaigns which help build their client's business.

Performance Campaign Managers work closely with other departments in the agency to ensure that communication collaboration is in constant flow. They are expected to oversee their campaigns, bring optimization insights, support client-facing reporting and the training of other support staff.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, optimize multiple $1M+ campaigns that help drive awareness and online conversions across DV360, The Trade Desk and Amazon DSP.
  • Attend weekly meetings with team members to review results, make optimization recommendations and make necessary changes.
  • Assist team by providing feedback/analysis of campaigns.
  • Recommend opportunities based on client key performance indicators.
  • Work with vendors to facilitate contracts and reporting.
  • Collaborate with integrated agency creative teams to ensure creative delivery
