This is a high-impact opportunity for a performance marketing expert to own and scale global paid social acquisition across leading B2B platforms. In this role, you will design and execute data-driven campaigns that generate high-quality leads from mid-market and enterprise tech companies. You will take full ownership of audience strategy, campaign execution, and optimization across multiple regions and funnel stages. Working in a fast-paced, fully remote and async environment, you will collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and CRM teams to maximize performance and attribution accuracy. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring strong expertise in scaling paid media budgets and optimizing conversion efficiency. This is an ideal position for a results-oriented marketer passionate about experimentation, growth, and full-funnel B2B demand generation.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end paid social strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter focused on high-value B2B acquisition.
  • Build and manage ICP-based audience structures using intent data, predictive modeling, exclusion lists, and segmentation tools.
  • Oversee full-funnel campaign execution, including awareness, retargeting, and demand generation across multiple global regions.
  • Monitor daily performance, pacing, and efficiency metrics while continuously optimizing for cost-per-lead and conversion outcomes.
  • Partner with creative teams to design and execute structured creative testing roadmaps and ensure ongoing asset refresh cycles.
  • Ensure accurate tracking infrastructure, including UTM frameworks, CAPI/X Pixel integration, and CRM attribution alignment.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, and audience segments to improve performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations and analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage large-scale paid media budgets with a focus on efficiency, scaling, and ROI optimization.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends to continuously refine acquisition strategies.
  • Requirements:

    • 6+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing with a strong focus on paid social acquisition.
    • Proven track record of managing and scaling multi-million-dollar advertising budgets across major platforms.
    • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other B2B marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or Clay.
    • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, ICP development, and full-funnel campaign strategy.
    • Strong knowledge of tracking systems, including UTM structures, pixel implementation, and conversion attribution.
    • Experience working in B2B tech environments targeting Finance, HR, or Operations decision-makers in mid-market and enterprise segments.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable optimization strategies.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across creative, analytics, and growth teams.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote, async work environment.
    • Strong experimentation mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and performance scaling.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 USD.
      • Fully remote and async work environment with global flexibility.
      • Flexible working hours designed around personal productivity and balance.
      • 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave.
      • Generous mental health and wellness support programs.
      • Stock options as part of the total rewards package.
      • Annual learning and development budget for professional growth.
      • Home office setup allowance and IT equipment provided.
      • Budget for co-working spaces and in-person team events.
      • Flexible paid time off supporting work-life balance and autonomy.
      • Inclusive, globally distributed team culture focused on ownership and impact.
