Paid Social Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day paid social operations for clients spanning across multiple verticals
- Manage and be the sole “owner” of at least one client, responsible for planning overall strategy and setting the pace and cadence of client communication
- Lead weekly touchpoint and strategy calls for your clients
- In time, manage a small team continuously driving towards strategic goals
- Manage and train team members to help them grow and achieve their own personal and professional goals
- Collaborate across the team to help create blended paid media strategies that have the client’s KPI and goals as the north star
- Discuss advanced concepts in a clear and concise manner to a wide range of audience comprehension levels
- Play an integral role as a team member on a number of our larger accounts that spend over $750k/mo
- 4-5 years experience in day to day management of paid media accounts
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong experience running Paid Social campaigns on Facebook/Instagram
- Analytical thinker- always asking the “why” and not afraid to speak up
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and formulas to help drive efficiencies for day-to-day tasks, pivot tables, Vlookups, SUMIFS, are your jam

Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000 - $110,000
- Eligibility into Socium’s profit sharing program (up to $37,500 a year)
