Paid Social Marketing Associate

Huckberry is seeking a Paid Social Marketing Associate to join our Performance Marketing team. This role will be responsible for the execution of our paid social channels - including assisting in the development of the strategy, reporting, execution, and day-to-day maintenance of the program.

We're looking for a curious and hungry individual who has strong critical thinking skills and an eye for good design and creative. This person is capable of drawing actionable insights from data and has a bias for action and improving processes.

This role is based out of our headquarters in Austin, TX; relocation support will be provided to a remote hire

Responsibilities

• Execute the growth strategy for paid social channels (ex. Facebook/Instagram)
• Analyze and present channel performance and insights to management and Executive team
• Collaborate with our Product, Creative, and Brand Marketing teams on creative strategy, and product launches
• Collaborate with our Editorial and Production teams to produce marketing materials including image ads, video ads, and landing pages
• Optimize processes across all aspects of our paid marketing including audience targeting, budget optimization, data collection, analysis, and creative feedback loop

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience running Facebook ads or other direct-response channels
• Analytical mindset with the ability to think through difficult problems
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work across teams on multiple projects at once
• Comfortable using Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Bonus points if:
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker or other BI tools to analyze data
  • Experience in e-commerce and/or retail
