The Socium team is looking for innovative problem solvers to join our growing Paid Social team as a Paid Social Senior Strategist - TikTok in which you will own TikTok media buying and strategy as part of our larger Paid Social team. This is an exciting opportunity to speak directly to clients, devise strategy, and handle most aspects of account/client ownership while focusing on a growing, dynamic platform as our in-house TikTok expert. 

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day paid social operations, with a focus on TikTok, for clients spanning a variety of verticals
• Fully managing the TikTok media buying and strategy of at least one client 
• Lead weekly touchpoint and strategy calls for your client(s)
• Collaborate across the team to help create blended paid media strategies that have the client’s KPI and goals as the north star
• Coordinate with influencers and content creators to receive assets for client campaigns
• Can discuss advanced concepts in a clear and concise manner to a wide range of audience comprehension levels
• Play an integral role as a team member on a number of our larger accounts that spend over $750k/mo

Skills & Experience

• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills (there is a reason this is the first bullet—it is our most important qualification)
• 3+ years experience in a day to day management of paid social accounts and/or influencer marketing 
• 1+ years of experience focused on TikTok media buying and strategy
• Proven track record of generating ROI positive campaigns on TikTok
• Analytical thinker- always asking the “why” and not afraid to speak up
• Strong experience running Paid Social campaigns within Facebook and Instagram
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and formulas to help drive efficiencies for day-to-day tasks, pivot tables, Vlookups, SUMIFS, are your jam

• Experience creating new internal company processes to improve workflows
• Experience working with influencers and utilizing an influencer management platform (Julius, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000 - $85,000
• Eligibility into Socium’s profit sharing program (up to $31,500 a year)
