Your Role:Â
As a Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Paid Social Strategist by being responsible for account day-to-day tasks including writing ads, putting in creative requests with the design team, confirming tags are on-site and tracking properly, conducting audience research, and building campaigns, audiences and ad sets. You will work closely with the Paid Social Manager to learn the fundamentals of Paid Social along with the digital marketing funnel and where your campaigns fit in to a customer’s journey! You will learn to own and manage the paid social strategy and attendclient for a set of accounts.Â
 In the 1st month, you will…Â
Immerse yourself in BW’s culture, team and digital marketing philosophy.Â
Train alongside team Strategists and Lead to learn BW Paid Social 101.Â
Take a deep dive into the assigned client’s business needs and objectives.Â
Create ads and submit creative requests for your assigned clients.
Sharpen your skills in Month 2 by…Â
Working with the Paid Social Manager to begin to create Facebook and Instagram campaigns from the ground up.Â
Continuing your education by training with the Paid Social Manager and Paid Social Strategists to understand the “game” that is Digital Marketing.
Conduct audience research for both your accounts and new clients.
Dabble in reporting on the aforementioned campaigns and ads into the Paid Social Strategists.Â
Execute in Month 3 by...Â
Building Facebook and Instagram campaigns using BW best practices.
Reporting account insights on a weekly basis.
Implementing account optimizations from the Paid Social Strategist.
Tackling client tasks to ensure your accounts are running smoothly from a day-to-day perspective.
Conduct internal account structural audits on your client roster to ensure uniformity.
Self-sufficiently managing and budgeting assigned book of business.
Leading paid social strategy and attending client meetings for a set of accounts.
Desired Skills & ExperienceÂ
6 months to 1 year experience running Facebook campaigns
1+ year experience in an agency environment preferredÂ

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldÂ
Proficient in Microsoft or G-Suite tools preferredÂ
Self-driven with the ability to work independentlyÂ
Is able to complete tasks and delivered results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentÂ
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills preferredÂ
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/maintain relationships across multiple businesses and organizationsÂ
