Role Responsibilities: • Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and smoothing • Apply paints, varnishes, lacquers, and stains to walls, ceilings, floors, and doors • Assist with keeping the jobsite clean and free of debris • Operate necessary machinery including sprayers and lifts • Inspect the quality of your work, ensuring it is up to CCS standards • Follow the direction of superintendents, the Field Manager, and the Paint Manager Your Qualifications (The “Must Haves”): • High school diploma or GED • 2+ years’ experience in commercial, residential, or healthcare painting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Basic hand tools EEOC We are an equal opportunity employer and believe having diverse teams is key to our success.
