Painter/Laborer

We are looking for a skilled Painter to join our team for residential renovation projects in NYC. Duties include: · Preparing surfaces (cleaning, sanding, patching holes) before painting · Mixing, matching, and applying paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes · Using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to apply finishes to interior and exterior surfaces · Covering floors and furniture to protect from paint splatters · Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition · Following all OSHA/DOB safety regulations on job sites Requirements: · Previous painting experience in residential construction is required · Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials · Ability to handle physical work and work on ladders/scaffolding · Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes Authorized to work in the U.S.A If you are passionate about painting and construction work, possess the necessary skills, and are looking for an opportunity to grow within a dynamic team environment, we encourage you to apply.
