Painter/Laborer

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter/Laborer to join our team. This position involves a variety of tasks related to painting and general labor in both commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction painting, concrete finishing, and fixture installation, and will be comfortable using power tools. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and have a keen eye for detail. Duties • Perform interior and exterior painting on various surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes. • Assist with concrete finishing tasks to prepare surfaces for painting or renovation. • Carry out fixture installations as part of remodeling projects. • Maintain and renovate existing structures as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. • Utilize power tools effectively for various tasks, including cutting, sanding, and surface preparation. • Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively while maintaining a clean work environment.
