Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee our construction projects and ensure they are completed on time and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage teams effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities that include coordinating tasks, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Duties
• Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with team members to assign tasks and monitor progress on various projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide guidance and support in areas such as construction estimating, fixture installation, stucco application, welding, restoration, construction painting, and frame carpentry.
• Interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project specifications.
• Utilize airless paint spraying techniques as needed for various projects.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members to address any issues that arise during the project.
• Document project progress and report on any discrepancies or challenges encountered.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices including estimating, fixture installation, stucco work, welding, restoration techniques, painting methods, schematics interpretation, airless paint spraying, and frame carpentry.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction site management.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Pay: $26.33 - $31.71 per hour
