Location: San Francisco, CA ( US Citizen and Green Card)

Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our team in San Francisco, focusing on driving technical excellence and delivering impactful solutions with Palantir's cutting-edge platforms, including Foundry and Gotham.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Solution Design: Architect and implement scalable solutions leveraging Palantir’s software.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Integration Expertise: Lead the integration of Palantir’s platforms with enterprise systems and third-party tools.
• Project Execution: Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Technical Strategy: Drive strategic initiatives to optimize system performance, scalability, and user adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Palantir Foundry and/or Gotham platforms.
• Expertise in data integration, pipeline creation, and analytics.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of system architecture and enterprise integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with large-scale data analytics projects.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization.
• Experience with client-facing roles in a fast-paced environment.
