Job Description:

About the Role:

The Palletizer role at the Hobart location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Manually stack finished product on pallets
• Confirm stencil and verify case stencil matches the order sheet
• Count and keep track of product being palletized
• Occasionally working on production lines in the main Green Bay plant doing activities such as filling and pounding pickles into jars
• Follow work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality
• Recognize and report people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, which operates from 6am-2:30pm Monday through Friday. 9-hour days and Saturday work may be required from April-November.

About You:

You'll fit right in if you have:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
• The ability to work overtime and weekends
