I Will Solicitors Ltd is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and are dedicated to providing specialist quality advice to our clients. We specialise in helping our clients with the drafting of Shariah-compliant Islamic Wills in the UK.

Job Brief :

This role will suit an intelligent and motivated graduate. To apply at least six months private client law experience is a requirement, although exceptional candidates may be considered. The chosen candidate will be given the opportunity to train to become a solicitor through the chartered legal executive route if they demonstrate the requisite level of ability.

Job Description:

• Building upon existing private client work experience and becoming a qualified specialist in this field.
• Completing the CILEx qualification with the support of I Will Solicitors (including funding for the LPC course), with the aim of becoming a legal executive or solicitor within 3-5 years.
• A motivation and desire to make the role his/her own and become a key member of the team.

Job Specification:

• Ideally 1-3 years at a previous solicitors firm dealing with private client work.
• At least three Grade B’s or above at A level.
• For those having a degree, a minimum of a 2:1 qualification.
• An ability to take on information, learn quickly and independently.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Good inter-personal skills.
• An interest in Shariah law and its implications and application under English law.
• A willingness to occasionally travel throughout England.
