Job Summary:
As Ruggable continues to grow, we are exploring new partnerships, scaling up our operations and building out our core teams. The Paralegal will be part of Ruggable’s Legal Team, which provides support on all legal matters across the company. We are looking for a self-starter who can hit the ground running. You will establish relationships across the company and support all functional teams with their legal needs. You will create internal processes, manage outside counsel, and support the Legal Team on a range of legal matters.
 What You’ll Do:
- Provide paralegal support for all aspects of the company's business, including particularly commercial contracts, privacy, corporate and international launches.
- Provide expertise in contracts management policy and implementing processes for the storing, retrieval, and sharing of commercial and corporate documents.
- Assist in reviewing NDAs and other basic commercial contracts.
- Coordinate among lawyers and accounting in processing of legal team’s invoices.
- Support the Legal Team with all other legal mattersÂ
What You’ll Need to Have:
Required:Â
- Bachelor’s Degree or completion of accredited paralegal program
- 3+ years of law firm experience or in-house paralegal experience
- Strong work ethic, high integrity, and experience
- Detail-oriented, problem solver who works well in a team environment and has excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently, with appropriate oversight, as well as part of a team of attorneys and business professionals
- Desire to grow, learn on the job and expand skill set
Preferred:
- Experience working in the technology / e-commerce sectors
- Expertise in preparing Powerpoint presentations and working with Excel spreadsheets
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
Compensation:
- $75,000-$87,000 per year base salary
- An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
- Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
