You already use AI in many ways—such as deciding what products and services to order— and it may be most familiar to you as a chatbot an avatar-maker or a way to unlock your screen. But AI can help the world with finding medical diagnoses teaching you about scientific research and calculating the complexities of any function.

Like humans algorithms are what they eat. They’re only as good as the rules they know and the data they’re trained on. We’re the team that helps model these behaviors by generating and evaluating content.

The Role

Are you a paralegal who enjoys assessing legal documentation? Are you a paralegal with a really strong attention to detail? Do you enjoy writing creative non-fiction related to the law? Do you have a very strong control of American Standard English? Do you live in the United States? If so we’re looking for you!

This is a one-month-long Proof of Concept (POC) project working with one of the leading information technology conglomerates in the United States. Although it’s only a POC there is a possibility that the opportunity will extend further.

System Requirements

Your computer must meet the following minimum system and Internet requirements:

• 20 download 5 upload Mbps speed

• Dual-core processor with hyper-threading

• 8g RAM

• microphone with very clear audio

• If your area receives power interruptions you must have a backup power supply

Role Requirements

In order to successfully perform in this position you must :

• Be USA-based.

• Have paralegal experience (5+ years of combined professional experience and education)

• Be able to understand and produce graduate and/or professional-legal-level spoken and written English.

• Preferred availability: 20 - 40 hours per week

• Ability to provide proof of certification; Paralegal

Responsibilities

In accordance with client guidelines the role of an Expert AI Data Trainer (Paralegal) will involve using style guides standard operating procedures and pertinent resources to:

• Assess model responses for errors and tag accordingly.

• Grade responses based on a provided rubric.

• Write justifications to explain your reasoning.

• Compose original high-quality error-free model responses as needed.

• Type : Hourly

• Remuneration : $30/hr

Life & Work

Availability and daily hours allocation are flexible and our client strongly prefers a minimum of 20 hours/week. Contingent on project expansion and company needs there may be opportunities for steady work and growth.
