Part Time Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a part-time (~30 hours per week) Front Desk Administrative Assistant to be responsible for supporting the Office Manager and administrative team in coordinating the daily office demands, clerical needs, and other general front desk and administrative tasks. This position will be in office in the Denver Tech Center and may occasionally require travel to our other offices if coverage is needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Your main responsibility is to be at the front desk, admins are the main point of contact for employees and guests
- Maintaining reception/meeting room upkeep
- Covering front desk during lunches, and occasionally covering desks at our other locations as needed
- Ordering office supplies and tracking supply inventory
- Greeting visitors and carrying out the proper check in procedures according to export compliance policies
- Set up/ clean up after meetings
- Distributing packages and mail and coordinating delivery with other buildings as needed
- Supporting Office Manager with special projects and event planning tasks
- Assisting with calendaring and conference room booking as needed
- Writing and distributing company and team memos
- 1-3 years office administrative/customer service experience
- General knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically experience in Outlook, Excel, and Teams desired
- Ability to be a self-starter and stay motivated without supervision
- Excellent time management and task prioritization
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Must be flexible with responsibilities and tasks to meet the needs of a rapidly growing company
- Willing to work OT or occasionally respond during off-business hours
- Highschool Diploma or GED required
