Part-Time Care Navigator I
Job Description
Weβre looking for a part-time Care Navigator to join our growing Care Navigation team. In this role, you will be the first line of support for our patients, helping ensure their experience working with Mantra providers is an excellent one. Weβre looking forward to meeting folks with experience in patient support and knowledge of healthcare systems. About the RoleThe part-time Care Navigator will:
- Report to the Care Navigation Lead
- Answer calls and emails from Patient Support inboxes
- Send and follow up on referrals and lab orders
- Patient engagement and outreach
- Manage the transfer of care process for patients
- Work Sundays 9 am ET -5 pm EST and Monday - Wednesday from 9 am ET - 1 pm ET
- 2+ years experience in case management in a patient-facing role, ideally in telehealth
- Experience working remotely
- Deep empathy for our patients and mental health struggles
- Comfort with technology such as Zendesk, Slack & Google suite
- Comfort on the phone as an external representative of Mantra
Mantra Health is a digital mental health clinic on a mission to improve access mental healthcare for young adults through clinical services, software, and design. Since our founding in 2018, we've built a comprehensive treatment service for young adults with mental health conditions. We've raised over $27 million to work with students at universities and colleges across the country such as MIT, Cornell, and the University of Minnesota. Our students see clinically differences in their mental health during treatment with us, with nearly two-thirds of students stating that Mantra's program helped them stay in school.
The hourly rate for this position is between $20 - $23
