Summary We are seeking a reliable Custodian to join our team at Ultra Steam Cleaning Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. • 3 small building locations in San Jose, Saratoga, and Palo Alto • Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. • Assist with industrial cleaning projects as needed. • Buff floors and perform floor care maintenance to ensure high standards of cleanliness. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. • Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials safely. Requirements • Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles preferred. • MUST have own vehicle to get to each location. Allowance for commute & vehicle. • Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
