About Blueprint Blueprint Ministries restores homes and hope for low-income individuals and families living in substandard housing by performing essential home repair projects, extending Christ’s love to all. Position Overview: The part-time custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper maintenance of Blueprint’s 35,000 . facility, ensuring that the building is always ready to serve the mission of Blueprint. • Perform general custodial duties in a commercial kitchen, dining hall, chapel, dorm rooms, and restrooms. • Perform routine maintenance tasks. • Make minor repairs to the building, as needed. • Keep up the exterior appearance of the building by maintaining grass and landscaping. • Other duties as assigned by the Construction Director Qualifications: • At least 2 years of experience in facility maintenance and cleaning. • An extreme attention to detail when it comes to maintaining a clean facility. • The ability to work independently. • The ability to work legally in the United States. • Must possess a valid driver's license and insurance. • The ability to pass a criminal background check. Work Location and schedule 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday Friday, as needed The above hours can be flexible for the right candidate Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Schedule: • 4 hour shift Work Location: In person
