Key Responsibilities • Customer Support: Manage a high volume of incoming calls, delivering outstanding service to insurance agents and brokers. • Effective Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via email as needed, ensuring timely and accurate assistance. • Service Excellence: Represent the “USLI Experience” with a positive, friendly, and solution-oriented approach in every interaction. • Learning & Application: Gain a strong understanding of foundational insurance concepts and apply that knowledge to support customer needs effectively. What You’ll Bring • Customer Service Experience: At least two years of experience providing customer support in any industry. • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office applications. • Strong Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication, paired with strong problem-solving abilities. • Adaptability: Quick to learn and apply new concepts in a fast-paced environment. • Reliability: Consistent, proactive, and dependable in delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications • Education: High school diploma required. • Location: Must be able to commute to our Wayne, PA office daily; one remote workday per week is available. • Schedule: Must be available Monday through Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET, for up to 29 hours per week with a consistent weekly schedule. • Eligibility: Undergraduate and graduate students are not eligible for this role.
