A leading manufacturer of health and wellness products located in Mission Gorge is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative / Help Desk / Accounts Receivable Clerk.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries efficiently
• Place orders with customers over the phone and through email
• Make outbound calls for accounts receivables
• Maintain organized filing systems
• Generate and manage reports
• Assist with customer returns in accordance with company procedures
• Support general office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Quick thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with basic record-keeping procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
Position Details:
• Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Location:San Diego, CA 92120 (Preferred candidates should be able to commute reliably)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
