Part-Time Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented & highly organized individual to join our client service team as a part-time data entry specialist. Our ideal candidate is coachable and willing to learn while consistently performing at a high level in all situations. As an entry-level member of our client service team, under the guidance and supervision of our senior service team members and our marketing team, you will assist in inputting and maintaining any and all of our customer data which is essential for providing our clients with the best advice and service possible.

• Accurately enter and maintain customer data into our systems.
• Assist in data cleansing and data validation.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Always ensure data security and confidentiality.

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) proficiency

• High school diploma or equivalent

• $20/hour (20 hours/week)
