Part-time ELA/Math 2nd grade Teacher

We are seeking a part-time faith filled, passionate, and nurturing 2nd grade teacher to join our school family and community. Our 2nd grade program provides young learners with a strong academic and social-emotional development foundation using Success for All Program. The ideal candidate will create an engaging, faith-based learning environment that fosters curiosity, independence, and joy in learning while preparing students with a strong foundation of faith and academic preparedness.Requirements • Willingness to service in a community of great need • Understanding of Catholic education values and mission • Strong classroom management with nurturing structure and creativity • Bachelor’s degree required; teaching credential/experience preferred but not required. • Fluent in Spanish (Preferred but not required.) • Two recommendations Wage Range The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
