How you will make an impact:

• Manage day to day schedules in such a way that the executives are able to complete their obligations in an efficient way.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings including board of directors meetings, all hand meetings, off site meetings, one on one meetings, meetings with business partners.
• Serve as a liaison to the CEO and CPO by handling all correspondence and calendar.
• Help the executive team prepare various presentations.
• Book domestic and international travels taking into account visas and proper documentation.
• Prepare and submit expense reimbursements.
• Is responsible for managing the company’s office: lease, utilities and services contracts; office supplies; bills payments; mail; luncheon planning; food orders.

Who you are:

• Minimum 5 years of applicable executive administrative experience
• Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Effective communicator able to handle confidential information with discretion
