Flex Security Officer - Part-Time Former Military / Law Enforcement encouraged to apply! What Your Day May Look Like • Provide security coverage for short-term, special security assignments • Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site and training newly assigned permanent officers • Weekend and holiday availability needed • Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc. • Conflict resolution and de-escalation • Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client's premises • Provide high level of customer service to clients, employees, and guests. Position Requirements Please provide a resume with your application. • Must be at least 18 years of age • High school diploma or GED required • Valid driver's License and clear driving history • Standard computer / technology skills needed • Customer service background preferred • Prior security experience a plus • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner • Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift • Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
