Part-Time Freelance Designer

Owl Labs’ Marketing Team is seeking an experienced freelance graphic designer to produce design work across our breadth of marketing activities: branding, content, campaigns, product marketing, ecommerce, and more. This designer will perform anywhere from 5 to 30 hours of work per month (averaging around 20) across a variety of design disciplines, both digital and print, to support the Senior Design Manager and Marketing Team efforts at large.

(PLEASE NOTE: Must be U.S.-based and have a portfolio of work or case studies to share.)

Responsibilities

This designer can expect to work on the following:

• Imagery for our ecommerce storefronts and channel partner sales
• Content downloads and lead gen efforts
• Digital advertising, with a focus on display and paid social
• Branded company templates
• Event banners and swag
• Email imagery for channel partner comms
• Product marketing collateral and presentations
• Imagery for our social channels

Key experience needed

The ideal candidate will be:

• A design generalist — there’s no format and spec you can’t tackle!
• Skilled in both original design and production work to bring marketing efforts to life
• Adept in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva
• A proactive communicator who is comfortable with both being managed remotely and remote-work softwares (Zoom calls, Slack, project management, etc.)
• Able to collaborate and review feedback with our Senior Design Manager while also working directly with marketers
• A full-time freelancer who knows their billing and internal processes from top to bottom
• Open to a long-term relationship with the Design team at Owl Labs — let’s keep a good thing going!
